Rapid Assessment & Medication Review

We will contact you to learn more about yourself and your current difficulties. With your consent we will request a GP summary care record from your GP

We will send you a pre-assessment form to complete and all of the available information will be reviewed by our clinical team prior to the assessment

Your psychiatry Review will be completed by one of our experienced psychiatrists, we will complete a thorough assessment, looking at all mental health disorders and will also screen for neurodevelopmental disorders. We build a shared psychological formulation, come to a diagnosis as appropriate and suggest a treatment plan including prescription as indicated

Within 7 working days of your assessment you will recieve a report, which you will be able to review before we share this with your GP. If you have any further questions we will be able to answer this, giving you peace of mind

The assessment cost includes the first follow up at no extra charge as well as any prescriptions that are needed. This will allow you time to ask questions and discuss treatment options in detail

We are able to provide further follow up to existing customers at a low cost of £105 per follow up (including cost of prescriptions as indicated). We will work with you to establish shared care with your GP
